Good News Daily

I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to periodically write devotionals for the Good News Daily since 2007.  These short devotions are a good way to learn Scripture and read the Bible daily.  Good News Daily is a published by the Bible Reading FellowshipThe Good News Daily is a bulletin insert for Churches, providing congregations with a daily devotional reflection on Scripture.  A different writer each week makes it both relational and enjoyable. The daily Scripture references follow the Daily Office Lectionary, which covers most of the Bible every two years. (from the BRF website) With Bible Reading Fellowship’s permission, I’m sharing the writings I wrote for Good News Daily here.
Used with permission from the BIBLE READING FELLOWSHIP. PO Box 380, Winter Park, FL 32790

I will be posting four weeks of devotionals at a time.  This gives you a month’s worth of short devotionals to read daily.  Each day is 180 words or less.  The devotionals are posted by their original chronological writing.  Each week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.  The older writings start at the bottom of each year.  I will also randomly post one these devotionals as a blog post.  So, in case a devotional sounds familiar you probably previously read it in a blog post or here on this page.

The writing is based on Scripture verses and then there are more verses to read that day at the end of the devotional.  I invite you to take a few minutes out of your day to read this devotionals as you dig deeper into God’s Word.  I pray that you will be blessed as you spend time with Jesus.
